Terms of Service

Recording responsibility: You must obtain permission and comply with classroom, workplace, institutional, and local recording laws.

Authorized use

Varapax is a study and learning tool. You may use it only with content you are permitted to record, upload, process, and study. You may not use it to violate academic-integrity rules, evade assessments, infringe intellectual property, or harm another person.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Notify Varapax promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions and add-ons

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Included usage resets each billing cycle. Eligible purchased add-on hours remain until used. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Cancellation stops future renewal while paid access continues through the current billing period.

Availability

Features may change during the limited launch. Speech recognition and AI-generated material can contain errors, so verify important information against the source lecture and your course materials.

Account controls

The app provides controls to export account data, delete lectures and derived material, remove raw audio early, and permanently delete an account.
